Based on defining clear task responsibilities and skills, my way of working has ensured the organisation is now working in a result focussed way and people are starting to enjoy their work once again. People are taking on responsibility again and show initiative. I focus on improving the manager’s personal effectiveness, which particularly results in an increased level of productivity.
Vision
Re-organisation is often one of the first things to be considered from the moment an organisation’s results are under any kind of pressure. The organisation’s structure tends to be interfered with, whilst the problem often lies with levels of cooperation. Many problems within an organisation can often be traced back to the quality of the cooperation process, as well as the quality of the management team.
History
Rob Lit, founder and management consultant, has gained many years’ worth of experience in change management and individual management projects for various customers. Rob Lit has been active in this market from within his own company since 1st January 2002.
